Mini Sock Blocker - Single

This adorable sock blocker is just what you need to block any mini socks or stockings that you are knitting for the holiday season! Shown with a holiday sock with our stitchable advent calendar buttons - available here.

My basic formula was:

1. Cast 8 stitches onto each of 4 DPNs. (32 stitches total)

2. Knit 2, Purl 2 rib for 8 rows or approximately 3/4"

3. Knit for approximately 20 rows, or 2"

4. Short row heel over half of the stitches

5. Knit for 16 rows or approximately 1.5"

6. Decrease one stitch at either end of each needle until I have two stitches left on each needle

7. Break yarn and with a tapestry needle sew through the 8 remaining stitches, cinch and weave in the end.
