PRE ORDERS ARE NOW CLOSED
Pre-Order Pick up Info:
All Rhinebeck collection items are currently Pre-Order only. If you want to pick up your order in person at the New York Sheep and Wool Festival in Rhinebeck, NY on October 18 or 19, 2025, please follow these directions for checkout:
1. On the product page, select the checkbox for "I will pick my order up in person at the NY Sheep and Wool Festival."
2. At checkout, do NOT select "Pick up." If you select Pickup, you will be charged RI state sales tax. INSTEAD: Select "Ship" from the Delivery options and enter your shipping address. We will need this in case you are unable to pick up your order in person.
3. Enter code RHINEBECKPICKUP2025 in the discount code field on the checkout page, and click Apply. This will ensure that you are not charged for shipping. We will hold your order for you at our booth: Building 36, Booth 6.
If you select "I will pick my order up in person" and do not pick up your order at the show, we will contact you after the show and invoice you for shipping.
Instructions to have your order shipped to you:
1. If you are not planning to attend the show, but would still like to purchase items from the Rhinebeck Collection, simply select "Please mail my order to me after the show" from the checkboxes below. Your order will ship the week of October 20.At checkout, select Ship from the Delivery options and enter your shipping address.
2. DO NOT USE the pickup code. Leave the discount code field blank.
Your order will ship the week of October 20.
A Note on ALL Rhinebeck 2025 Orders:
Any other items from our site that you order along with your Rhinebeck pre-order items will be grouped with your pre-order. If you have chosen pickup, they will be available with your pre-order at our booth. If your pre-order is shipped, the other items will ship at that time.
