Marling Yarn Weights Mini Tool

Marling is a technique for creating different colors and textures in a pattern by holding strands of yarn together as you knit or crochet them. The Katrinkles Marling Yarn Weights Mini Tool helps you combine yarns of differing weight into the correct gauge for your project by showing you how different yarn weights combine. For example, you can hold two to four strands of lace and fingering weight yarn together when knitting to get the right gauge for a DK or Worsted weight sweater. I’m really into using up scraps and mixing colors for this. 

I designed this tool to empower you to pull together a pile of yarn, either by working what you have together, or shopping and combining a pile of lovely skeins.
