Shipping

Packages are shipped USPS Ground Advantage unless a different shipping option is selected at checkout. We can ship orders using USPS to most U.S. destinations, but we will not be responsible for delays, damages, open/broken or lost packages if you choose USPS. If the package is damaged/broken or lost by USPS, you will still be charged for the order.

We will not refund merchandise or shipping costs if your shipment is undelivered, unclaimed or returned to us for any reason.

Please note that USPS does not pay insurance claims anywhere near as fast as FedEx does.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged US priority mail packages.

We ship each weekday and try our best to ship retail orders within 3-5 days from date of purchase. We can't control if the USPS scans packages at the time of pick up, so sometimes there is a delay between when the order is shipped and the tracking is updated. Please contact us if you have any shipping concerns.

We are happy to ship internationally. Please be advised that if your order is shipping outside of the United States, there may be taxes or duty fees when you pick up the package from your post office. This is out of our control and we have no way of estimating how much this may be. Because of GPSR, we are not currently able to ship to the UK or EU.

Local Pick Up

If you select the Local Pick Up option at checkout, your order will be held for you in the lobby at: 125 Whipple Street, Providence, RI, 02908.

Your package will be waiting for you on top of the Katrinkles mailbox.

The building is open Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM.

Please park in the lot across the street from the entrance to the building, so as not to block traffic on Whipple Street when picking up your order.  

**Please do not select local pick up if you are pre ordering items to pick up at a show!**
