We do not accept returns, but we will accept exchanges on non-personalized items. Any items sent back for exchange must be received by us in perfect condition, unless you are requesting an exchange/replacement for an item that arrived to you damaged. In the case of damaged items, we may request a picture of the item before you send it to us, so we can assess its condition.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized items. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on sales items or gift cards.
To request an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please let us know the reason you are requesting an exchange, and the item(s) you would like in exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please send back your original item to the address below with a note as to which item(s) you would like in exchange. Once we receive the original item back, we will send you the replacement. If you are sending back an item because it was damaged in shipping, or because you were sent the wrong item originally, we will send you a return shipping label.
