Choose "Pick up" as your delivery method when you check out to pick your order up from our lobby at 125 Whipple Street in Providence, RI. Orders are available to pick up between 8 am and 5 pm on weekdays. Please wear a mask to enter the building if you are not vaccinated. Parking is available in the lot across the street. Please do not block traffic on Whipple Street. We regret that we are unable to invite you into our studio at this time.
Your order will be fulfilled in 1-3 business days. Look for an email from our shipping staff with instructions when your order is ready to pick up.

EU and UK Orders
While we sort out new VAT regulations we are only able to accept retail orders from the European Union and United Kingdom through our Etsy shop.
We have temporarily suspended shipping to the European Union and United Kingdom from katrinkles.com. As soon as we are able to make the changes required by customs we will begin accepting retail orders from the EU and UK again. In the meantime, shop our Etsy or find a retailer near you. If your favorite LYS does not carry Katrinkles, please ask them to contact us. ☺️
